Ujana360 is a Program that supports the embedding of whole youth development (WYD) in the Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) for increased success in career and life. Ujana360 (Ujana is Kiswahili for Youth-hood) implies all-round or holistic development in which the youth gain access to the core capabilities, skills and values demanded socially and economically functional lives in the modern world. Through targeted social and systemic change, the youth will increase their chances to create, access and retain jobs, as well as lead successful lives and contribute to the common good of our society. The Program is focused on promoting inclusion and improving the lives of over one million youth (aged 18-25 years) facing extreme adversity by strengthening the TVET curriculum to include core values and capabilities linked to enhanced resilience, employability and work productivity. The project is currently managed by Zizi Afrique Foundation.
