Institutional Capacity Building

At ziziAfrique, we have developed expertise in institutional capacity strengthening having hosted several organizations. Our institutional capacity building services include strengthening the following areas:

1. Resource Mobilization

Building capacity for fundraising, grant writing, partnership development, and diversifying revenue streams.

2. Governance structure

We work with institutions to establish or strengthen board composition, roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes. This includes training on fiduciary duties, strategic oversight, and accountability mechanisms.

3. Strategic Leadership

Supporting institutions to establish clear vision, mission, goals, and long-term strategic direction and how to measure progress over time. It will also include developing project planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation capabilities.

4. Stakeholder Engagement, networking and collaboration.

Work with institutions to identify and map key stakeholders including government agencies. We support organizations build professional networks, consortiums, and collaborative initiatives for greater impact through joint fundraising and impact reporting.

5. Advocacy and Communication

Developing capacity for policy engagement and influence.

6. Strengthening operations through developing constitutions.

Working with networks to develop  a constitution to guide partnership and collaboration.
